1. Website use

These starter terms apply to use of the Auralis Forge website. Visitors must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to it.

2. Services

Descriptions of UI/UX design, website development, landing pages and creative design are general information. Project scope, deliverables, fees, schedules, licensing and responsibilities should be set out in a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content and brand assets are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holder. Do not reproduce materials without authorization.

4. Project outcomes

Digital project outcomes can depend on factors outside the studio's control. No specific commercial result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
